Refund Policy


Ultimate Fitness Kitchen is committed to providing you with excellent products. Below you will find our refund policies, which are different depending on the type of product you purchase. We stand behind the products we sell and guarantee that they are fresh, authentic, and in original packaging.

Meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are guaranteed freshly prepared upon delivery. To receive a full refund, please email our customer support team at opsteam@ufkitchen.com. They will consult with you on whatever issues you may have with our food. For products that were delivered that day, we will refund the full amount. After one day, your order is considered final and refunds will not be given. The invoice that was sent to you via e-mail prior to your order confirmation will indicate the product(s) that are considered “standard”.

Custom products include sweets, treats & healthy savory options. Custom products do NOT include Isagenix dropped-shipped products. To receive a refund, please email our customer support team at opsteam@ufkitchen.com. They will consult with you on whatever issues you may have with our food. For products that were delivered that day, we will refund the full amount. After one day, your order is considered final and refunds will not be given. The invoice that was sent to you via e-mail prior to your order confirmation will indicate the product(s) that are considered “custom”. Isagenix products are covered under its own refund policy. For orders that contain both standard products and custom products, the aforementioned policies will apply to their respective products. The invoice that was sent to you via e-mail immediately prior to your order confirmation will indicate the product(s) that are considered “standard” and “custom”.

We encourage all clients to contact us if there is an issue with the products received. Credit and debit cards are charged upon ordering. All transactions will appear on your credit card statements as “Ultimate Fitness Kitchen”. Refund requests can be issues within 30 days of purchase. If a refund has been issued, please allow up to 10 business days for your issuing bank to post the refund back to your account. Issuing banks have different time frames for posting refunds to your account; therefore you may not see the funds posted to your account despite the fact that we have processed the refund. For your convenience, confirmations of all refunds will be sent to you via e-mail immediately after they are processed.
